What we collect

Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Emails you send us: if you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply.
Cookie preferences: see our cookie policy.

The contact stationery panel builds your note entirely in your browser. We do not receive anything you type into it unless you choose to email it to us.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests for security logs and for answering correspondence, and on consent for any optional cookies.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site or our email, under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing matter requires longer.

Your rights
